RE: Shipping dates

Any update on the release date of an MMU unit for the Cote One?  Last estimate I remember seeing was an estimate of an April release,  but that estimate was made in Jan.  Anything more recent?

Someone recently posted that support told them expected in May.

RE: Shipping dates

Mine just shipped to the US. Do I just reach out to Fedex on the import form proactively and is that form on Fedex's site?

If it's anything like in the UK - my shipping is via DHL, had an email earlier saying that my kit had dispatched, then another email just now from DHL stating that I had to pay £158ish to settle up the total.

They had it all set up in an online portal so payment was made online within minutes 👌

Even easier within the EU: 0 euros to pay to DH or other transport companies..

Your £158 are all Brexit costs.

Not really, in the EU you pay VAT at source-state rates; since leaving, the UK purchaser pays, at the border, at UK rates which are 1% lower so saving about £8 ...

Cheerio,

RE: Shipping dates

The delivery date has been exceeded by one month. The delivery date keeps changing, and suddenly accessories are missing. What's going on?

RE: Shipping dates

Not sure if anyone else just got hit with a batch change, I was batch 3 for the 4s upgrade to Core one, which was supposed to ship already, but I have been moved to batch 6 and shipping extended another month.  I love Prusa, but this is the most frustrating part ordering a printer from them.  I can run and get a Bamboo from the local Micro Center, not that I would but after 10 years of logistics issues on releases, one could hope they would finally figure this out.

My order ""4s upgrade to Core one" is shipping two days earlier suddenly (16th instead of 18th June. Have you got other items in your order apart from the upgrade?

I have all trust in Prusa team and wouldn't question it.

Wait until the 16th to see whether they deserve your trust. 😉

RE: Shipping dates

Anyone have any shipping updates? My dates keep changing and its making me quite annoyed. The "help" desk was less than unhelpful.

RE: Shipping dates

my shipping dates seem to now change weekly,

I ordered 17 of February went from whatever to batch 9 around May time)

in June i looked exp shipping 24-30 june
Then days later it was Batch 4 shipping 23 june
Now show in shipping 30/6 and 6/7/2025 Batch number no longer showing.

Someone earlier entioned it is fine to wait a few months, I would agree, but a few months is not half a year.
A small deposit would have been more acceptable than paying all upfront with such a wait.

That said, they will keep me as a customer as I will not cheap out and support some closed system from a cheap labour jurisdiction.

Whenever the next upgrade comes along, I hope they will improve on this, reading the comments, it seems this is is not a new issue.
Other than that, great product and nice company. But please, try to be a little fairer/organised. Or thow a little bone, a free academy course or something would make many happy.

Yes they change almost from day to day: Mine 24/06/2025 et 30/06/2025. Two days later than a week ago.

At least we are informed by the Prusa team.

RE: Shipping dates

My shipping date (ordered June 3th) keeps on being delayed… From what was a 2-3 weeks waiting time is now more than 6 weeks already, in 2 weeks time.

Customer Support attributes this to “material shortage”, but I’ve not received any official communication via email about the delay.

RE: Shipping dates

I ordered in February, and now I'm seeing a day-to-day slip. I log in and check the status every day, and the shipping window has slipped out by one more day. According to the current info, it will ship some time between yesterday and this coming Friday. It's been doing this since early June. As a US resident, it's excruciating because if it slips much further, I'll be on the hook for a 50% tariff bill, which I did not factor into my decision to buy the CoreOne.

The same with my order. I feel like i ordered a russian Lada, for which you had to wait years.
Every fresh startup company can handle that more professional.

RE: Shipping dates

I ordered a kit 3rd March as a birthday present for my son. I also check on a daily basis now and the date slips daily , currently 23-29 June (funny as 23,24,25 already gone). I have received only 1 email 25th May apologising for the delay and assuring me it would be shipped in the next two weeks. Meanwhile 4 weeks later still no dispatch. My son's birthday has come and gone. I would have appreciated an email notifying of a change in delivery. Not the most difficult task to setup these days. I have not contacted customer services as I am sure they will roll out the usual  feeble excuses. Prusa you can do better.

RE: Shipping dates

I commented on my understanding of the situation in the kit waiting list thread recently

While switching away from the batch system might somewhat improve aspects, their "estimate" "algorithm" is currently causing a huge amount of grief (I also was on the receiving end of it). It's in the same class as software installer progress bars and Microsoft file copying aka "Microsoft Minutes'. 🙄
Especially how it's somehow "optimistic" and then has to push back dates all the time.
