No reason to be "frustrated". Patience is what is needed and you you will receive your order, as I,  when it is ready to be send -  "during May "

I'm always impressed by the  good spirit of the Prusa team.

Their never ending gummies that we are "forced" to eat in all the kits, or the recent great joke of the new industrial printer, Pro HT9,  which is announced as: "The only 3D printer an engineer needs." and then Prusa sends for free a MK4+ together with it !!!!!

Prusa uses epoch time for order numbers. So if you dump your order into an epoch converter you'll get the date and time in GMT.  Back in Jan Prague was +1 and sales opened at 5pm their time.  Don't share seconds, just minute or approx. minute would be good enough.

Wow, didn't know that. I already thought the order number looked familiar...
But this means that Prusa cannot handle more than one order every second, that explains why I had such a difficulty getting my order placed.

They should definitely add some microseconds to that order number 😛

My ship date is stating April 28 (changed to that today), but my shipper is listing it as waiting so expect the label was created and still with Prusa.  I will share that the listed weight is 50.93 lbs / 23.1 kgs so plan accordingly.

I have two orders - the older one (1/31) is new and I am able to edit or cancel it.  The newer order is in February and is both new and locked from changes.  As with the MK3 or Mk4, you can make no sense of Prusa's shipping order.

I ordered on the 07.02. and my shipping date is 18.06... Wow... At least you guys can find all the mistakes and I can order the MMU kit immediately... -_-

Hey go look at the order page then when it shows where you can go look at the shipping guess page just scroll down and see where it shows your order and it used to say tba mine says June 24 I ordered mine on February 10th so if that is true I am waiting another 2 months

You should be able to see a batch and date now.  You have to click on the order number to see it and it is beside the printer on you order:

Why? I don't understand. Since you can order it, it was stated that first ones would be shipped in April. Knowing Prusa, this will be the end of April. Yesterday, the shipping table is updated and now includes the conversion kit, and the orders are updated and now have a batch number, so you know when you can expect shipping.

Just talked to an agent through chat and got some pretty interesting news: they just started shipping the kits for the new xLCD board. They are still finalizing the package for the old xLCD board kits and therefore those will be shipped later.

Still somewhat sad that it was this way around.
