Sorry, but you are wrong.

My order, before I removed the BuddyCam, was under the

"CORE One (printer and conversion kit) shipping table with accessories" table.

In my order screen , it says batch 6 on June 30, but if you batch 6 on the shipping update page, it says July 27.

Mine still stays in batch 6 with a projected ship week of June 30.

Anyway, I'm still waiting for the refund for removing the BuddyCam.

It all depends on whether your order includes some extras (like the filtration system or BuddyCam) or not.

If it has extras, it falls under the shipping list I sent as an attachment.

Good news!

Today I received an email from support (from the same person I contacted after the order was switch from batch 3 to batch 6) informing me my order would ship in the 2nd half of June. Which was in-line with the updated shipping estimate from late last week (16 June).

However about 1,5 hours later I received a shipment notification. I confirmed it with support and it is indeed underway!

I canceled my conversion kit (new LCD). Had a talk with support where I expressed the desire for more clear and upfront communication about the delays. I don't really need the core one since I've got a great Mk.4s, so I will wait and see if the teething issues are resolved later.

Prusa really needs to get all their ducks lined up for the next round.

Looking at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ul3X05nn7jGFEX5kMap_jK0mrLbHpTbdk4tvMNXKfDY/edit?gid=0#gid=0 (not sure if people even update this anymore) but assuming the order times are correct it seems that there is no "order" in the deliveries. For example people in front of me and behind me are getting different dates for delivery.

Yes, There is not any order, it looks like they are fullfiling orders by some unknown key. Maybe by drawing lots? I cannot understand this trade policy. I have 4th term for sending order and i´m afraid it is not the end. But as I wrote befor, this is normal for Prusa when introducing new thing. It was either with Mk4 or with XL.

That is congruent with the shipping table.  Mine still says batch 6 and 30 June.

I saw your reply.  I am not sure that is 100% true.   There has to be another variable.  One of my orders has neither and its date is bouncing around.  

I can see why the buddy camera is slowing my ship date on one order but what about the other orders.

i did cancel my order.

old lcd, batch 1, no extras. still no shipping date. 

mk II, III, IV, XL, XL cover... Prusa never shipped near the Date they promised... 

i have had enough. next printer will be no prusa.

My order status just changed to "In Progress" today. I'm not sure how long it will take to get it out the door, but in the detail section it still says "Shipping starts: in the week of 16.6.2025".

Either way I'm happy to see that it should be on the way soon.  It seems to align with the experience others have had.

My conversion kit shipped this morning. New xLCD, nothing else. I ordered on 2025.01.31 @ 19:02 UTC. My order was in batch 2 originally. Still says "Shipping starts: In the week of 16.06.2025" 😆 I've updated the spreadsheet.

That's why I removed the BuddyCamera from my order on Friday, May 30th.

But no luck, I'm still waiting for the refund and there's no update on the delivery date.

I've done the same ! And strangely, when it comes to taking the money, Prusa does it right away… but when it comes to giving it back, ‘immediately’ turns into two weeks.

Update: One of my orders arrived safely yesterday.  My son, 25 years old, is gonna earn his keep by building it.  That is probably worth the groceries to feed him.

I will post an update once we have it working.  This will be Core One number 2, replacing one of my four Mk4S in the printing rotation.  

I hope each of you receives your printer upgrade kits soon.
