What really helped me with vibrations, VFA and noise during lower speed was tensioning the belt over 95 Hz and making really sure the XY gantry is square. I also used different app for measuring belts - Carbon Drive from Gates.

And now after phase stepping the printer is super quiet, smooth and almost no VFA. Really happy with the quality of every single print. Oh and I have CORE One kit.

Doing the phase stepping calibration made my Core One a lot quieter as well! I still see VFAs in shiny PLA filaments, about the same as my Mini+ has.
