Inconsistent prints and huge lines with my Core One (Batch 4) Please help.

Hello guys, i'm having some issues with my Core One (batch 4) and i was hoping that perhaps someone here can help me to find a solution. While i love my Core One for the most part, it's been quite a ride compared to my old friend MK3S. The print quality at times is random and i can't get rid of VFA's. I have tuned my Core One according to the app 85Hz but it's still really bad, not only that but also the horizontal lines are really ugly on most of my prints, especially if i print something tall. I have had multiple firmware issues which i don't really care too much about because that's to be expected because it's a new model but few days ago the USB stick that comes with the printer got bricked and it became unreadable and i lost all of my files in it, i had to format it multiple times to get it working again. It happened while it was in the printer, but nothing really was done to cause it. It just crashed randomly after opening the door as the print was finished and it bricked the thumb stick. (no i did not open it before it stopped moving) It's just some of the issues that i have faced with my Core One but when it works, it's of course nice to use and i am quite happy with it overall. What are the issues you have faced with yours, if any? I'm curious if mine is faulty or it's just how it is currently.

Anyway.. i was printing out a prototype for my little project and i used ironing, it was going fine until it wasn't (see the pictures) It's like it was ironing and then it decided to give up. I haven't changed the speed of print or anything at any time during the print and it was printed as i am holding it in my hand. What could be the cause of this? At first i thought it's the filament but these things are happening also with my other filaments. I print mostly with PLA or PLA+ The printer produced excellent prints for the first two weeks or so and then it started to become worse and worse, so something has happened to it and i am yet to figure out what it is. It's currently on the latest firmware (6.3.2) Printed at 0.10mm layer height. I'm yet to try 115hz belt tension which i heard is a temporary fix for VFA but idk about the rest.

Thank you for your time.
