CoreOne+ Part Files
Are the CoreOne+ printable part files already published?
Best wishes

Sometime later this week apparently

But if you print your own parts, you won't get the updated stickers! 😉
(I assume it's a "+" sign to be added to the front door, maybe with a template to help you stick it on straight?)

What's different about the new filament sensor?
Can't believe they took @jurgen-7 event idea and gave him no credit 😂

You mean the vent control? Someone (not me) asked about that on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/prusa3d/comments/1oxcde1/is_the_core_one_l_vent_system_community_inspired/
Jo Prusa replied personally and stated that they had the idea in the drawer when they originally launched the Core One, but felt that it was not stable enough for release back then. But he did acknowledge the independent "invention" by the community and stated that it "deserved a shoutout". I am looking forward to a bag of gummy bears or such! 😋
RE: CoreOne+ Part Files
I printed the core one+ "vent opener" parts. The one to be mounted on the extruder cannot be wrongly placed. The part to be mounted on the plexiglas is puzzling me: where do I mount it? center-right or center left? I did mount it center-right and the curved part of the bowden tube holder of the extruder touches the "open - close" tab.
I searched the prusa site but there are no instructions or pictures (that I was able to find). Anyone out there that did the mod already and has it working? Anticipated thanks!
RE:
Have not seen the official parts yet. But based on my experience with my homebrew version of the mod, the tab on the vent grille which points downward (to engage with the Nextruder tab) must be all the way at the front. You only want it to engage with the Nextruder when the print head moves all the way forward, outside of the printable range.

Danke Jürgen. I did mount it as you indicated and it makes much more sense. Still strifing the top of the curved bowden holder part though...
