Rear Z lead screw position

I am doing the Mk4s to CoreOne upgrade, at the point where adding spool holder,

and noticed my REAR  Z lead screw touches the left side of the top holder....  Is this OK?  Where does your rear Z lead screw sit at the top?

Mine was rubbing on the holder, making a lot of squeaking noise especially when moving near the top.
I loosened the screws holding the motor and ran it up and down several times while slowly re-tightening the motor screws. It ended up pretty much centered and stopped being noisy.  Just don't crank it down - especially if you're using the normal motor holders and screwing into plastic.

RE:

It's easier to loosen the screws which hold the POM nuts (black trapezoidal nuts on the lead screws) in place. They are the components which may want to push the lead screws laterally.

Loosen the screws on all three nuts (two screws each), drive the bed all the way down, tighten the screws again. Now the nuts & lead screws will agree with the two smooth guide rods on where the lateral position of the bed should be.

I tried loosening the trapezoid screws first. It didn't resolve the problem until I also loosened the screws holding the motor.   (I tryied the POM nuts first based on having read a post by you (@jurgen-7) suggesting that.  Note that I'm using motor holders with heat-staked nuts and it's pretty likely one of them isn't fully inserted, potentially causing skew.

That being said, trying the trapezoid nuts first is clearly much easier. And will perhaps resolve the problem.
