"Punch Drunk" homing problem solved - Nextruder heatsink screws

I had persistent  homing failures  which would cause the red screen of death "precise calibration" failure. This is where the Nextruder and gantry bounces back and forth in the right corner like it is going 10 rounds with Mike Tyson beating the cr$p out of it.

It turned out that these three screws were the culprit.

They were slightly too loose. I  previously had a problem with inaccurate load cell readings due to these screws being too tight. I loosened them a quarter of a turn which eventually caused the punch drunk homing problem. (It actually worked for a few prints)

So it may be an area some of you can check if you have the PDHP (punch drunk homing problem) 🙂
