Prusa Core One Plus - selftest z axes failed

Hey there,

i bought the core one plus as an assembly kit, but somehow the z axes test fails. it moves the whole heatbead up and down. but when it goes down at the lowest about five cm, it sounds like (gozilla) the rod starts to shake and hit against something and the test fails. there is no cable in the way. the cable for the heatbed is underneath the heatbed and behind the rod.

thanks for any ideas!

bye

Marco

Does it seem like the problem I had in this post?  Problem was solved by Prusa sending me new parts.

thanks for your answer, but i just made a stupid beginner mistake. i was to „careful“ with the nozzle. it was one mm to far down, now i used a little force and pushed it all way in, now it is working 🙂 but once more, thanks for helping!
