Prusa Core One - Messed up Prints

As the title says I have a Prusa Core One and suddenly some 3D prints are messed up like so:

I am using the normal black Prusament PLA and the Woodfill PLA. Usually, I did not have any trouble printing with those filaments. The models I wanted to print were Moose Ears as well as the Bat Headband.

The bat headband, sent to the printer as-is and not much adjustments have been made aside from using the gyroid infill and settings walls, bottom and top shell to 1mm. For the moose ears, I have tried various settings but the one in the picture was a bit of an adjusted 3mf file.

After the first failed print, I proceeded to re-tune the printer, but since the official app preferred to show 120Hz most of the time, even when I did not strum anything, I used the Carbon Drive App as suggested by someone else.

Unfortunately, the next print was also messed up. I then proceeded to print a simple benchy and this turned out fine in my opinion:

As a test, I switched both the model and the filament to the bat ears and the Prusament Black PLA. However, the very first print was totally messed up (I did not take a picture) and the second print can be seen as the 3rd picture.

What I noticed during the second print was that there was some residue on the nextruder as well. I put it back to take the picture but take the placement with a grain of salt:

My current assumption is that during the first print some PLA was collected by the nextruder and then melted due to the heat.

Now, I am wondering on how I should fix this. Does it make sense to print yet another benchy? Is there anything I need to do after tuning/strumming the belts? Am I just unlucky and those models are messed up? I did open the top grille but I did not have the door open, did it get too hot?

I have cleaned the buildplate with Isopropanol before printing just to make sure. Any suggestions on what is going on?

I have done a couple of successful prints in the past, so for me this happens all of a sudden and is rather new...
