Print and hotend fans self-test failure

Today finished assembly of my Prusa CORE One, but appeared that self-test of print and hotend fans fails. And what is more strange that if I unplug print fan then the hotend fan passes the test. Checked logs, and I see that there is no reading of RPM of both fans during self test. But what is more interesting that if I preheat the nozzle and go to sensors in the menu, It looks that there is a reading of RPM for the hotend fan. Has anybody faced with smth similar?

RE: Print and hotend fans self-test failure

Mine also failed after assembly. Then I upgraded the firmware to 6.3.2 and the problem disappeared. But I did not check the logs, so I don't know if it was the same problem.

I did the update to 6.3.2, but unfortunately the situation is the same. The support proposed to replace 2 fans and a love board.

RE:

Thanks to Prusa support, the replacement was delivered very fast. After replacing the parts its appeared that the print fan was faulty. After opening the faulty fan, I found that there is a soldering defect there. The RPM wire looked short circuited with +5V. Problem solved, now I am enjoying  my prints.
