Yeah, i use same rails on my drawers, as well as some other similar ones. They work, but i wouldn’t hang anywhere neare 45 kilos on them, not even half of that. The point isn’t weight, but (pretty quick) tear and wear. After some months of use you never know when drawer will fall on the floor when you pull it. So, for reliable use they have to be replaced pretty frequently  (depending on use, sure). Having a spare set at home is a good idea. They are ok for a workshop use, though.

Professional rails are way more expensive, even up to almost 10 times. For a very good reason, though.

I'd be too nervous pulling the printer out on those rather slim rails, no matter their weight rating. Top marks for thinking outside the box the box, although not for me.....
