Nozzle cleaning??

Hi

I think I have a problem!!!

I did a first print with the keychain and everything worked great.   It went to the front corner and poked about 20is times in two lines, then printed.  👍 Yeah!!

Then I tried a benchie.  It went back to those exact same holes, and told me "nozzle cleaning error". I cleaned the sheet really well with isopropyl alcohol, but there are still definitely marks in the sheet.

I flipped it over.... And it printed great... But there are definitely marks on the sheet again.   I tried print after print.  Everytime it goes to the same two lines of marks and fails.

So I installed the sheet in the printer not quite all the way in....and to goes to make NEW little dents....but it prints!!!

As long as I offset the print sheet a little each time, I can print.   But never in the same place ... If it's on the previous little dents the nozzle clean fails.

Sooooooooo

Is in not supposed to actually dent?   If it is, what am I doing wrong?

I'm supposed to be able to clean that?   Or refresh the print sheet?

Help a newbee!!

Steve

RE: Nozzle cleaning??

Make sure your nozzle is completely pushed into the Nextruder. The heatblock (and sock covering it) should not be below the fan shroud if it's properly inserted. Also make sure the thumbscrews are reasonably tight and the nozzle isn't moving up and down relative to that fan shroud during probing.
