New printer will not boot up

This printer is brand new. It boots what appears to be half way then the screen goes blank  (see photo). Shortly after the screen goes blank the light inside the chamber turns on. Then nothing.

RE: New printer will not boot up

Have you tried chatting with the Prusa support team?
the chat window, should appear in the bottom right hand corner of the webpage,
pruds3d.com
about 3 seconds after the page materialises

I did see a link (button) to start a chat session (don't remember what page it was on) and clicking the button did nothing (on two different computers using Chrome). I don't see a link in the bottom right hand corner of the prusa3d.com webpage. I searched for the word "chat" just in case and found nothing.

By the way, I did take off the LCD and uplugged and replugged the connector (even though it looked perfectly fine).

RE: New printer will not boot up

Hi Harry,
In the last Millenium, when I was new to 3d Printing,
(Sounds so long ago!!!)
I couldn't find the chat option...     and the reason was because I didn't wait long enough for the chat Icon, to appear...   it literally took about three seconds and I was going to another web page, before the chat window materialised.

Can you look at the Prusa3d.com page again and give it say 10 seconds to materialise!    Hmmm... Just tried Chrome, it failed at my end too,  (United Kingdom)
I use Brave Browser (which is Chrome with different benefits...) Brave, resolves the Chat window.

I Have reported the  Chrome issue to Prusa...
regards Joan
