It's very likely you've selected the wrong profile. The differences are somewhat subtle and need to be carefully inspected.  Don't start enlarging holes! At most, you might have to loosen screws to allow some shifting about to allow the profiles to align but they should fit properly with a bit of care.

I would recommend that you lay out all the profiles you have on a large table: Four long, vertical ones and a total of eight shorter profiles for the top and bottom. Make sure you have found them all in the packaging, then compare carefully with the pictures in the build instructions.

We have seen many questions here from builders here who suspected that profiles were missing or otherwise not fitting. And nearly universally they had overlooked some profiles in the packaging, or had mixed them up.
