Loadcell Test Fail

I Cannot get the load cell test to pass. I do not see any "progress bar" when the test is running and I am pressing down. I have the nozzle pushed up all the way and the two thumb screws screwed in. When I push on the nozzle there is no noticeable movement. I have checked that the cable is plugged in, when I unplug it the number goes to a crazy high number. When I plug it back in it says 0. Nothing I do to push the nozzle changes it from 0. I have unscrewed the gearbox to look at the "white pad" as suggested by the articles yet I do not see any white pad. I see a black shiny thing where the white pad is shown in the articles. I have unscrewed the thumb screws to where it then can move up and down and still the load cell says 0. Any recommendations?

try tapping the end of the nozzle in the very short window of time when the printer is checking for input.
I never succeeded by pressing the nozzle, but tapping it, upwards seems to work for me

Just tried it and still failed. I also went into Info -> Sensor info and tried it and the number doesn't move from 0.0

When I power on the printer and go to the same Sensor info page, the number starts as a very large -160000 number and resets to 0 when I go and start the calibration

Mine show about 14,000 and changes a few hundreds when I push the nozzle up with my finger.

If you don't have a responsive loadcell, there is no point trying Z calibration. Make sure the load cell cable is attached correctly and chat with support.
