Layer Shifting?

My first benchy print was atrocious!  I attributed it to an unstable surface (folding table) that the Core One was sitting on.  I moved it to a desk which is much more stable.  I ran the manual belt tension app - but I have to admit that I am not confident in the result - when tuning the top belt it looked like the bottom belt was the one oscillating.  Anyway - I set them to recommended range and printed benchy again.  About 1/4" up, it seemed to shift a tiny amount towards the front of the printer (maybe 1mm?) and the deck and roof looked really bad - and the roof seemed to shift a little more.  The stack definitely shifted.

I don't know what to do about the "threads" is that due to heating, or print speed?

RE: Layer Shifting?

Are you printing "Benchy Bonkers" that came on the flash drive with the printer? That's a speed demo and usually looks less than great, though better than yours. Are you printing PLA or something else?

Severe under-extrusion. What filament are you using? Kind of looks like print setting for PLA but you have PETG loaded or the wrong nozzle loaded. Can you save your project file (3MF), zip it and attach it here?

It's not benchy bonkers, although I was surprised at how fast it was printing. Printing in PLA, but the spool had been setting in my dehumidifier for quite a long time. Specified PLA on the print setting on the Core One.
"Can you save your project file (3MF), zip it and attach it here? " It's the benchy on the USB drive, not bonkers. I may have a benchy file for my Mk3, I can slice that for the Core One and try - but it won't be for a few days

Thanks for the replies
