Layer Shift und Riemen eiert
- Hallo zusammen,
seitdem ich von 0,4 Düse auf 0,25 gewechselt habe höre ich während dem Drucken klicken und das Teil druckt schräg in x Achse weiter. Ich habe schon den extruder abmontiert und die Riemen neu montiert weil ich beim Homing Fehler bekam. Jetzt sind die Anschläge an der Tür vorne auch ziemlich gerade davor musste ich rechts immer mehr anziehen. Mir ist auch aufgefallen dass ein Riemen hoch und runter geht wenn ich die x Achse von Hand hin und her schiebe. Den Drucker habe ich selber montiert. Wäre echt dankbar für eure Vorschläge um es wieder zum laufen zu bringen.IMG_5886

Since I switched from a 0.4 mm nozzle to a 0.25 mm nozzle, I hear clicking during printing, and the part continues printing at an angle along the x-axis. I've already removed the extruder and reinstalled the belts because I was getting homing errors. Now the stops on the front door are also pretty straight; before, I always had to tighten the right one more. I've also noticed that one belt moves up and down when I manually move the x-axis back and forth. I assembled the printer myself. More like Anglo-Friesian as the parent as both English and German are descended from a late proto-Germanic. So more like a sister (or cousin) language. Then there is that pesky Norman-French influence... And don't forget the Vikings/Danes, after all they gave us "window" and "sky" amongst 100s of other words.

I did a cold pull yesterday. Since the instructions say to print it with PLA anyway, I printed the part with PLA and a 0.25 nozzle, and it ran without any problems. It's a very small part, 6x6x2mm. It has two holes. one 4mm in diameter and 0.5mm high, and the other 4.8mm in diameter and 1.5mm high. After switching to PETG, the problem returned. it makes a clicking noise and the contour shifts. This is my first printer, and I lack the experience to know which material, print speed, and build speed would be best suited for such small parts.
When the extruder is positioned at the very front, on the left side of the door (viewed from the front), the lower right belt is sagging. It wobbles when the X-axis moves, going up and down. I definitely adjusted the distances to the motors using the printed part.
