Hole to be too narrow for the bar to fit through properly.
Hello, It seems to me that the hole itself has a problem; it appears to be too narrow for the bar to fit through properly.
Do you have an idea how to process ?

Make sure it is the correct bar size. Make sure there is not a bur or ridge stopping the bar. Then make shure the clamp screws are loose. Use a screwdriver in the slot to open the clamp a little and get the bar in. It shouldn't take much.

Another question: is it normal for the Y-rod to have a gap on one side but not on the other?
