First prints - Under extrusion? / Look of the presliced models

Hello everyone,

after I completed the assembly of my Core One yesterday, my first print don't come out as expected.

These are made from the presliced models (key-chain + 15 min benchy):

This looks like heavy under extrusion to me. Shouldn't the pre-sliced models look much better? The calibration of the gearbox had been completed successfully. Filament is Ender PLA+ (190-230°C).

This is a XYZ test cube silced on my own on default settings (0.4mm CHT Nozzle, Generic PLA 205°C). The cube also shows signs of holes:

How do these presliced models have to look like? What can I do against the under-extrusion?

It looks as if the belt tension is too low and the XY axes are oscillating.

RE:

Does the extruder make any noise while printing? Clicking or raspy noises?  Also, verify the preferred print temps for the PLA you are using. If it is a higher temp PLA, the provided bgcode files may not be using a high enough temps for your specific PLA+ ... you might instead try printing with the Prusament filament that comes with the kit. If that filament also gives you that same print quality, post photos of that result.

I saw similar on my Core One when I first printed my own sliced models, and today think I used a print profile for my older Mk3 -- not compatible with the Core One.

In later prints, I was able to get better print quality out of the C1; but have yet to equal the quality of my Mk3 ... I guess speed has a price.

And I second the opinion your belt tension is suspect based on the unshapely U in the keychain logo.
