First Layer Adhesion Issues on Prusa Core One Due to Excessive Nozzle-to-Bed Distance
Dear Prusa Community,
I've been experiencing issues with the first layer adhesion on my Prusa Core One printer. It appears that the nozzle is too far from the print bed during printing, leading to poor adhesion. As the Core One utilizes a fully automatic first layer calibration system with its Load Cell sensor, I'm unable to manually adjust the nozzle height as I could with previous models.
Here are the steps I've taken so far:
Nozzle and Bed Cleaning: I ensured that both the nozzle and the print bed are clean, using isopropyl alcohol to clean the print surface and removing any filament residue from the nozzle.
Bed Leveling: I verified that the print bed is level and that there are no obstructions hindering the movement of the print head or bed.
Despite these efforts, the first layer adhesion remains problematic. Given the automatic calibration system of the Core One, I'm uncertain how to proceed to adjust the nozzle-to-bed distance. I would greatly appreciate any advice or recommendations from the community to resolve this issue.

I gave up using isopropyl alcohol a few years ago when I realised all you have to do is use a green scourer pad after each print... never had any issues ever since... every print sticks perfectly even 4mm connectors

Try to clean it with warm water and dish soap using a soft brush, especially when it´s new.
After each print I clean it with alcohol and wipe it with a soft textile.
You have to be careful with what you wipe it. There are a lot of products like handkerchiefs which contains some kind of fat (for skin care).
