Dialing in overhangs
I recently got and assembled my Prusa Core One+ and it works great... for the most part, my current biggest issue is overhangs, every time my printer does gradual angle overhangs they curve up and the nozzle runs into them, and the underside looks ATROCIOUS, my Ender 3 Pro had better 45 degree angle overhangs. Any advice on fixing dialing the settings in?
RE: Dialing in overhangs
It happens with all of my filaments, from my Inland PETG to my overture PLA and I'm about to test out my new Overture PETG
Please show us a picture of the problem.
Cheerio,
RE: Dialing in overhangs
FWIW, most of my flat overhangs are a disaster, or at least a bit ugly. I think the slicer could do a better job, but the answer is usually supports, or redesigning the part with angled transitions rather than flat overhangs. Bridges are better, but I think they could be vastly improved with a few more bridge-specific settings in the slicer.
