Bubbles on Smooth PEI Print Sheet after 3 prints?

Brand new Core ONE, 3 three prints in, and the Smooth PEI Print Sheet already looks damaged.

I really hope there’s a protective plastic film on it that I’ve somehow missed. Please check the attached pictures and let me know if this is normal.

So far, I’ve printed two shelf supports with Prusament Galaxy Black, a few small items like key tags using the same filament, and a phone stand with PLA Filamentum Melon Yellow. After about four hours of printing, I noticed bubbles and two large deformations forming beneath what seems to be a thin plastic layer on the sheet.

Considering the previous issues I’ve had with this printer, I can’t say I’m surprised anymore.I contacted support, and they said it’s normal (really?) and that it shouldn’t affect the prints… hopefully.

The Prusament Galaxy Black, was that PLA or PETG? If PETG then it can cause this kind of damage pulling it off the sheet.
