Before I go to the local hardware store and buying a sledge hammer to resolve my issue...

I just received this printer a few days ago and have performed two prints. Now I am seeing the below for any file that I try to send to the printer over wifi.  Anyone know how I can diagnose this issue?

Really hard to read that image, but it says "Printer is not ready to receive the file".

I don't know what causes that - I'd start with contacting Support and asking for help.

Fortunately, network connectivity isn't strictly necessary to operate the printer (I understand you just received it and want to use it, solve one problem at a time). So what you can do instead is pull the USB stick from the printer, use "Export G-Code" button in the slicer and store the file on it. IIRC the printer will even spot a new file and propose to print it.

Then, you might set up "Prusa Link" instead of "Prusa Connect", if PC and printer are within the same network (that is, if your PC can ping its local IP address). It's lacking convenience features and has its quirks but the traffic stays within your local network, doesn't involve internet. I use the latter.

We'll just put some bleachers out in the sun-And have it on Highway 61

Hey! ive had this issue before on my printer and its almost always been my USB drive. If it is formatted improperly then that could be the issue Mine are formatted to FAT32 which only allows for 32 files per folder on the drive. Im not sure how many files u have on the drive but if its over 32 it wont transfer. I would also just try multiple USB drives until you find the one that works.

FAT32 doesn't have a limit on the number of files in a directory, at least not anything as small as 32.  FAT32's major limitation is that files can't be larger than 4 Gb.

One of the problems here is that Windows ignores the format you select and forces exFAT when the drive is larger than 32 Gb.  I use a Mac to format my drive.
