Bed Levelling Failure
I just upgraded my MK4S to a CoreOne and I had three or four successful prints. Now I am getting a Bed Levelling Failed error and have retested the load cell and all ok there. Where do I look next??

Are you consistently getting a bed leveling failure or is it intermittent? One piece of advice I received from another member is to check under the sheet for debris on the heat bed. I also have only seen this on a textured sheet. If you have another, swap it out and see if it goes away. If you are consistently getting errors, I would suggest hopping onto the support chat to get advice on what to do next.
RE: Bed Levelling Failure
Before you contact support, re-run the Z-axis calibration. If you put pressure (even gravity alone can do it) on the print bed while the z-axis motors are disabled you will push the print bed out of level to the point where mesh bed leveling cannot compensate. I learned very quickly to not touch the build plate when the printer is off (or if the z-axis motors have been disabled). The printer can make some very interesting noises if the bed is far enough out of level!
