Assembling troubles, should I proceed anyway?

I'm at the end of chapter 5, assembling core xy group, but I'm unsure whether to proceed further or not.

I can see two possible problems, the first one is the z-axis touching the rear bed spacer. It appears it's not centered. Possibly the z-axis motor is not perfectly vertical. Should I try to unmount the motor at the bottom and fix it?

In the same area the x-motor belt seems to rub against the fan cover, but I don't see any error in following the assembly procedure... am I the only one noticed this?

For the z-axis rod, that's not too worrying.  Move the bed up and down and observe the position; it'll probably move toward the center.  If it's always putting pressure on the top holder, you could adjust the screws holding that motor:  loosen slightly on the right, tighten slightly on the left and see if that pulls the shaft into position.  Since those screws go into plastic, don't put a lot of tension on them.   However, getting the bed to travel up  and down fully before doing anything to allow for the bed to "settle in" to position is prudent before making changes.

For the belt hitting the tie-wrap holding the sensor on the fan: you should check for clearance.  Can you press backwards on the belt and get it to move? If so, it's not rubbing and nothing to worry about. If it is, I'd re-do that tie-wrap.

Loosen the screws from the trapezoidal nut, center the rod with your finger, hold it in place and tighten the screws
