Belt Tensioner- button for mic in app is ‘dead’?
In the app, iPhone version. I’ve used the belt tensioner app before on another phone. In the app now, when I press the button to give permission it use the microphone, it does….. nothing. It’s like the button is just text and doesn’t do anything??? I’ve tried holding it long (just highlights text), fast, and different parts. Nothing.
In the security setting, it looks like Prusa App isn’t even trying to access the mic?? It isn’t listed? Is this a dead feature? Tried it on an iPad too, same results. Rebooted the phone a few times. Deleted and re -installed it, didn’t change it????
RE: Belt Tensioner- button for mic in app is ‘dead’?
I have never seen the app work either, the fix is to use the browser version on the phone, it will ask for access to the mic something the app never does, give access to the mic and it should work.

Yup same here. I have an iPhone 15 promax and when I choose to turn on the mic it just sits there and does nothing. Even when I try to use the browser to do it the same thing happens. I can see that the mic does actually turn on, but the app doesn't move forward to show the frequencies.
I ended up just getting a sound app from the app store that was able to read frequencies and used that instead. It would be nice if the Prusa app would work though!

Ditto -- the "enable microphone" button for Belt Tuner in the Prusa iOS App is non-functional on my iPhone. Verified my phone settings that the Prusa app is allowed access to use the microphone. I checked that another app that uses microphone works properly when it also has microphone access allowed.
I let someone at Prusa know in a support chat.
Several months ago when I initially received my Core One, I did successfully use the Prusa App's Belt Tuner to verify belts were at the 98Hz setting (guidance at that time). So, it's been functional before.
