Issue with Rapido HF, maybe slicer settings (prusa)?
Hello everyone!
I'm really hoping that someone can help me with this. I've built a custom CoreXY running klipper and recently fitted the Rapido HF hotend with a 0.6mm nozzle. Mind you that I only used 0.4mm nozzle up until now and only with basic slicer settings (prusa) to print some functional parts, no quality requirements where needed. But now I'm struggling with making it print in the first place. The layers seem to be simply jammed into one another, over extrusion everywhere except the first layer which is almost perfect. The problems that are visible in the pictures start with the second layer. Googled all day for the best settings for this hotend and can't get it to print properly.
- Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
It reads like your Z steps are wrong in some way - maybe software, hardware or just a slipping pulley...
Cheerio,
