Suggestion: add Prusa Support to the app
I think it would be amazing to be able to use support in the app. This could allow for a range of features such as live video feed with the ability do receive directions from the tech support.
It could also be a window for other features as well: For example - a diagnosis mode that under the printers owners control via a toggle, allows tech support to remotely access the printer and camera (if present) to identify issues.

Now THAT actually makes a lot of sense! There's no GitHub for the app, so I hope our moderator(s) here see it and pass it on to the product team.
