Thermometer/Hygrometer
Can the Thermometer/Hygrometer from the Prusa Enclosure be bought separately? I'd like an extra one.

RE: Thermometer/Hygrometer
Yes, you can get them on Amazon. You can also print out the bracket in Printables.com. It is item #253166.
RE: Thermometer/Hygrometer
Thanks.
I have never ordered at Amazon. I was hoping to get one from Prusa together with my next batch of filament which saves a bunch on shipping and handling...

RE: Thermometer/Hygrometer
I do not own the enclosure.
Looking at the pictures of the enclosure, i do not see anything special that makes this Hygrometer outstanding ... It seems to be a cheap chinese standard hygrometer.
If you want to buy a outstanding Hygrometer, i recomment the "TFA Exacto"
It has high quality swiss-made sensors, long battery life, large display.
It can even measure Temperature up to 70 °C (!) and Humidity down to 1 % RH
RE: Thermometer/Hygrometer
The "TFA Exacto" indeed looks very nice. But it costs 22 euro at bol.com and 125 at conrad.be? Both look identical to me. Can the 22 euro version be real?

RE: Thermometer/Hygrometer
it costs between 15 to 18 € on amazon Germany, that is the normal price range.
RE: Thermometer/Hygrometer
125 € on Conrad.be must be a mistake. Conrad is a shop with a normally good reputation. As said, a normal price is below 20 €
I own 8 of these Hygrometers and once have bought some on Amazon.de special offer for 11 €
RE: Thermometer/Hygrometer
On Amazon I also see a 20 euro and a 132 euro version (screenshot attached I hope). The only difference I see is the letter K added to the product number.
Now I wonder what the difference is...

RE: Thermometer/Hygrometer
one version has a silver surrounding around the display made of aluminium and another version is made of stainless steel, i think.
I always bought the cheaper ones, they look very nice.

Paul, have a look here too

RE: Thermometer/Hygrometer
Hi René,
your link claims an accuracy of 5%, when typical home humidity only varies 10% to 20%. The TFA Exacto claims 1% accuracy...
Anyway, I like the looks of this "TFA Exacto" so I ordered one yesterday. I'll post a review with pictures next week.
