Stacking option?
I see in the manual in order to stack the enclosures you need to use the optional "Original Prusa Stack add-on", but not sure is that just a printed part? Or is it something I need to order from the store?
RE: Stacking option?
That should be released soon.
Meanwhile, I did my own version, not exactly for stacking, just to connect them side to side and to cover the gap - Enclosure connector
RE: Stacking option?
I received 4 of 5 enclosures yesterday, minus all the upgrades. The included feet do allow for the units to be stacked and the oval slots on them are meant to clear the lower enclosure's screws. I attached them together using longer M3 x 20 screws that extend into the lower enclosure and secured with a lock nut. I did not install the foam feet. Everything looks slick and works very nicely. It was also suggested somewhere that I need to secure the 4-high tower to the wall, so will need to make some parts for that or just use wood or a metal bracket.
RE: Stacking option?
You definitely need to secure it to the wall, it can be dangerous with 4 units stacked
RE: Stacking option?
Is there any update about the release of the "Original Prusa Stack add-on"?
RE: Stacking option?
Would love to hear about that. I just ordered 4 enclosures and planned on stacking up.
