Mini Enclosure as a drybox?

I was looking at making a drybox and saw the announcement of the Mini Enclosure and it's price.   It might make a good drybox. Maybe even a heated/vented dry box.   From my experience with the Original enclosure, it could be sealed well enough with plugs and a little sealer.  Based on the listed dimensions I did a quick CAD model with 5 filament volumes and a MMU3 Buffer.   The filament volumes are 254mm square x 95mm deep, 10" x 3.75" deep.  2 KG spool on rollers.    This is the results as I put everything inside a mini enclosure. There is at least 150mm/6" from the buffer to the front of the enclosure.   If all the filament volumes are pushed in, there is still 5"/125mm to to front of the enclosure.   Any feedback on those that have built their own dryboxes is appreciated.   I hope there is a lid option available.

RE: Mini Enclosure as a drybox?

I was just thinking about this and found your post. Did you end up doing it? I don't see much on it, but I have the MK3S and the Mini in their enclosures, and as I have the MMU2S, I was thinking about having an enclosure on top for the filament to feed down into, then I realized that I could get another mini enclosure as it fits perfectly on the top plate of the MK3S enclosure. I think I am going to go for it and modify a new enclosure and make some parts, there is plenty of room.
