The steps to resolve the Ricoh Printer Offline issue are as follows:
We'll request printer status communication using WMI or disable SNMP in this approach. To do so, go to the Open Print & Share option. Now enter the Profiles dialogue box and click on the upper-right corner box to alter it. Further, pick General Configuration from the Profiles
