The real estate market in Dubai has been one of the most exciting for investors in the past decade. This is largely due to the government’s support for high-end property development, coupled with low-interest loans from the government. In the past, buying property in Dubai was only for the super-wealthy, but with the Global Financial Crisis, the middle class have been able to invest in Dubai real estate too. This has led to an influx of new real estate developments, and increased demand for good properties to buy.
As a result, buying luxury apartments in Dubai is now within reach of many people. This has led to an increase in demand for good properties, and a shortage of good properties to buy.
