Problems printing TPU

I'm having problems printing TPU.

The nozzle gets clogged and the printer continues printing in the air.

What settings do you use?

Or is it due to something else?

Thank you for your answers.

RE:

For a start (assuming TPU95, which is considered "easy"):

Try disabling filament sensors, remove the PTFE tube to the head and feed it in through the removed top cover. Looks ugly, works well enough (a broom with some kind of hole might come in handy as ad-hoc-filament guide, no need at least for small prints).

Use manual axis controls to load and purge.

The true danger in my experience comes when the nextruder attempts to unload the material, pushing it back into the PTFE tube. And TPU doesn't like to be pushed... when cleaning the mess from the nextruder wheel you'll truly get to appreciate the crazy resiliency of this material...

I'm sure there are users who print through the regular filament path. But if the above already fails, it'll only make matters more difficult.

Clogged? or is the filament tangling in the extruder?

It is usual to have to ease back the extruder idler pressure - once set it can usually be left at that pressure for almost all filaments.
