Difficulties in sticking to bed

I recently purchased a CORE one L and for the first 5-6 prints it has gone well. I printed in Prusament PLA and PETG without any issue.
The printer has now developed issues with sticking on the bed (both the satin and the textured).
PLA doesn't really stick on the bed at all, seems the Z offset is way off.
PETG sticks but on the front left corner.
It seems that in the front left corner nothing sticks.
I have washed and washed the beds and wiped with IPA but that didn't solve the issue.
Any help please?

Is the nozzle clean? Does it have filament stuck to it? If so that can cause problems with the first layer since it will throw off bed leveling (bed mesh).
