I have a problem with the cable harness, it drops and gets stuck behind the carriage, limiting the full print area in Core One. Has anyone had a similar problem for position x-0, y-250?The photo shows the position where it gets stuck. The carriage bounces back and moves the print!Best regards, Mirek

I think your cable alignment is too short. When you stand in front of the printer, there is a cable clamp at the rear right (behind the stepper motor). Loosen this and pull the cable further into the printer and realign it. This is also described in the manual during setup.

Thank you for your reply. The wires are the right length, but they're sagging downward due to heat, and in one spot, the carriage is hitting the wires. The part on the back wall that guides the wires is a bit too short.

I just remembered that you can usually “lay” the cable strip from the MK4S or XL alongside the cable harness for the Core One.

I suspect that the cable is simply twisted and tends to sag.

A little tip: I would use the one from the XL because it is more stable and prevents the cable from tilting downwards in the unguided area.
