Support and part are not aligned

When trying to print with supports, the supports are offset in the y direction (toward the back of the printer) by about 1/8 of an inch.  This is causing the support material to be embedded in the main part and the main part doesn't get the support where needed.  Everything is aligned in the slicer image, but when it goes to print there is the offset.  I have done an offset calibration.  I will upload the 3mf file if someone can explain how.

This is a picture of what I am seeing.  The two white lines are supposed to be inside the circle and are the supports generated by PS.  any ideas on what might be causong this?

RE: Support and part are not aligned

This seems to be a problem with this model and only when i use a different extruder for the supports.  I was using PLA as support for PETG.  I have tried other models with no problems since this is showed up.  On this model, I also tried PETG as the base and PLA as the interface and still saw the offset.  When printing with one extruder in PETG, there is no offset.  I will proceed with that as a temporary solution, but I would really like to use PLA as my support because it is cheaper and because with no offset, the finish quality is better, at least it has been on my other models I have done that with. Any advice would be appreciated.

Turns out my hotend got bent.  I reolaced it and ran an offset calibration and all seems to be good.
