Print quality issue

Hi, I print quite a few of these mounts for work:  https://www.printables.com/model/536175-optiplex-5080-wall-mount

I have always used polymaker petg filament and misc cheap pla (for supports).

Recently, I have had issues with this print.  The vertical wall are bowing in on the print as you can see in the picture.  They should meet the corners at a 90 deg angle and be flat.  I have issues with adhesion on the print bed and I am using an enclosure.

Any ideas how to fix it?

Looks like you've had some warping - you mention poor adhesion.  There is almost certainly residue on the print sheet - sometimes it's just a lack of cleaning, more often there is a build-up of residue insoluble in the usual cleaning materials and a good scrub with something else will fix things for a few months ... look up the many threads here about print sheet cleaning.

Cheerio,

RE: Print quality issue

Sorry, typo in my first post.

I have NOT had issues with adhesion.  The top and bottom of the print are flat, it is only the vertical walls that are bending in that are the issue.

The prints are sticking to the print sheet with no corners lifting up.
