layer shift on Y axis

I have started getting 2 layer shifts (each .4 MM) at the same height on the same model. prints fine on the MK3S.

The section that shifts is near the bottom. The model is fine. Belts tension are correct. Object is about 175mm x 190mm. Shifts at about 2mm and 9mm on the Y (to the back)

Silk pla. using these speeds with a .4 nozzle.

IS speed, IS structural, and plain at .2

started after newest firmware!

Also same issue with plain PLA

Any ideas or though would be appreciated.
thanks

Picture?

And, if a complicated structure, a zipped .3mf

very basic shape where the layer shape occurs. I have heard many issue with the homing tower with firmware 6.20 damaging the sheets so I have not tried it. I hope these picture is adequate. thanks

I took a chance even though I heard all the bad about the homing tower and the latest version of XL firmware 6.20. The homing tower looks OK. I don't know now what the issue might be? Drafts have been ruled out. Filament is dry. Ambient temp?

Perhaps I need a cold beer and think a bit more..

I would first check the corners of the failed print(s) looking for loss of adhesion, even slight - due to long extrusion runs being susceptible to thermal contraction and consequent stresses especially at low ambient temperatures.  Silk and other foaming filaments don't sit well with structural/functional prints.

Corners are all good. Though I did have a though last night while sleeping. How feasible it is (specially when not fully awake?) Could it be cause by the cable bundle snagging on the cable bundle next to it on a move on the Y axis on the backward movement? Or do I require more actual sleep? perhaps (since I do not have a cam monitoring the prints) I could watch the first part of the print. I don't watch the prints after I get it started as there has never been a need. Unless I screwed something up.
