Is there a way to choose which toolhead will print the brim?
Is as the title says. Usually prusaslicer chooses on its own which tool-head to use for brim. In the case where i have let say petg with pla supports if it uses the the with the pla its useless.

Kinda, not really.
If you have a second spool of the same filament on a different tool (less color difference) you can just manually add single layer parts to act as brims (like mouse ears) without much fuss. Using the same toolhead for these types of 'brims' as the model will affect the perimeter geometry, so avoid that.
Otherwise there's this:

RE: Is there a way to choose which toolhead will print the brim?
Thanks for the answer. This is what im doing now basically, but still is a headache and it doesn't always fit the bill. For example on my latest print im using tpe with pla and petg as supports. At some point a brim would be helpful but since my first extruder has the support material that doesnt actually stick it cannot be used. I had to create mouse ears at few points but the problem now is that since the bottom geometry is rather thin the mouse ears cause isssues now with the organic supports. Is not that i didn't make it to work for this print is that i find it a hassle now that im using the multimaterial options and i think it wouldnt be so complex to specify which toolhead will print the brim, similarly the way we decided about wipe tower, interface, support etc.
