Hello, everyone,

I've been having a problem lately squeezing a bigger box.

The bottom of the box after printing has different dimensions.

 

I don't understand how this is possible, the calibration was fine.

Another problem is deformations :/

I thought the comma was some kind of modeling problem. But this model is from a different designer and the damn line is back in the same place.

Here, for some reason, the printer moved out of position in the next layers and this is what happened :/

Has anyone solved these problems? Calibration has been done but no result 🙁

I checked the nozzles just in case, and this is what I found. The machine has a total of 50 hours on it.

Please do yourself a favour and get a decent 7mm hexagon socket and try to treat your nozzle with some care. Were you struggling with something specific there?

Since you posted in the XL-forum I suppose you use the adapter for the Nextruder.

Isn't it nice that you think this is my work :D. My stupidity is that I didn't check it out. I only use 1,3 and 5 for printing. I don't understand how this could happen.In desperation I tried to prepare a new G-Code, changed the filament and turned the air conditioning on to 22C.There's still a 0.1mm difference but that's not important anymore.

You've wrecked that nozzle - as @blauzahn says, get a decent 7mm spanner or socket and treat your new nozzle kindly - as long as you are not printing abrasive filaments you should get 2000 hours or more from a brass nozzle.

Unless you tell us the design measurement we cannot tell whether you have a significant error or not - and you are measuring at the culmination of a curve where it's hard to get an accurate figure.  If the two measurements are meant to be the same you are out by less than an extrusion width; the basic precision is half an extrusion width so while you should be able to do a little better you are within the ballpark.

I presume by ' damn line' you arre referring to the seam - look up threads here about seam management.

Files > Save Project as

Zip the .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.
