Changing height of the first three layers when using different nozzles

Hi, I have a bit of a problem. In extruder 1, I have a 0.4 mm high-flow nozzle, and in the others, 0.25 mm. I need to print an object so that the first two or three layers are printed with nozzle 1 at a higher speed and, most importantly, with a layer height of 0.2 mm. The remaining layers should then be printed with the 0.25 mm nozzles.

I’ve set everything up, but I can’t change the layer height. It won’t let me go above 0.15 mm because the profile is set to “5T 0.25 nozzle / 0.12 mm quality.” Even if I import the bottom part separately, the top automatically snaps to the build plate and can’t be moved higher.

Is there any tip on how to achieve this? Ideally, I’d like to assign a different print profile just for the bottom part.

It works now, I have to turn on automatic extrusion width counting in advanced settings. But still can´t set first layer to 0.3mm. But that is not problem, I set second layer to 0.3mm and that is enough to me.
