0.25 nozzle clogging

Currently, I have three Prusa XL printers, and all of them are now running without enclosures. They all use almost identical settings.
On Printer #3, everything prints perfectly. But on Printer #2, I’m still having major issues – see attached image.
I’ve already done the toolhead offset calibration twice on #2, and I also replaced the nozzle on the toolhead that’s having trouble.
Despite that, I can hear the extruder clicking and skipping, and it has now completely clogged three times – always in the same spot.
I’m printing at:
0.25 mm nozzle 215 °C nozzle temperature / 60 °C bed temperature
Any idea what could still be wrong?

okay so i had for months problems, i was trying and trying nothing realy worked well. I did print so damn slow on 25mm/s and it worked but didnt worked great. now i downgrade to 6.1.3 and i can now print again with input shaper profil? maybe now the enclosure also works
