Xl electrical schematic

Looking for the electrical schematic for the xl. Just finished putting together the 5 head. The button on the front panel encoder knob doesn't work, so I can't get past the language screen on first boot. They're shipping me a fix, but I'd rather root cause the problem. Are electrical schematics and/or layouts available? I'm looking for the front panel specifically, but would welcome any info.

Looks like the schematics are stored here: https://www.prusa3d.com/en/page/open-source-at-prusa-research_236812/

The XL xLCD board schematic is included in this .zip file  from the Prusa Open Source page .

Ok, I ohm'd out the encoder and traces and followed it through the schematic. Unfortunately, now I'm thinking that the front panel isn't the problem. When I click the button, I see a resistance change (when xl is off) and a voltage change (when xl is on). Also, I wasn't able to simulate a button press with 4 volts from another place on the board (got no change from the language screen).

Is there a schematic of the board in the back?

I received the front panel yesterday and put it in last night. No Joy. I'm still stuck at the first screen. That means the original front panel is likely fine, as I guessed. So, the problem is further along. Tonight, I'll check the cable and connectors, working back toward the rear board. Sigh.

RE:

I checked the cable and connectors on the front panel and the main board. Meter says everything is conducting as expected (less than an ohm through each). All my troubleshooting seems to be pointing toward the main board on the back.

I talked with support again. They are sending a new cable. I guess we have to go through this step to get to the next one. In the meantime, my printer doesn't work. I am sad.
