What size and where can I get more of the spring t-nuts

I want to add a few things using additional t-nuts but it isn't clear what exact size they are. The only thing listed in the manual is M3nEs which doesn't match anything in Google except Prusa. The naming implies 3mm to me for something, but I am not sure what. When I measure the size of the extrusion it appears to be 30mm. I really would like the spring loaded nuts if possible.

Work the other way around:  Buy whatever you can get, measure them, and design your print to fit them.  *If* you can make the size parametric it's a win-win when next supply is short and you have to adapt again.

You can buy them from Prusa: https://www.prusa3d.com/product/psu-holder-m3ne-2/

RE: What size and where can I get more of the spring t-nuts

They are M3 spring t nuts for 3030 extrusion. “M3” refers to the screw thread. Most t nuts for 3030 start at M4 and go to M8, which is why they are hard to find. A more common version of spring t nuts is a little longer and uses a spring loaded ball bearing for retention. I have had little luck finding them, however, outside of Prusa. If you can use a larger screw >=M4, then they are easy to find.

Here's a link to Amazon for M4 Spring nuts. I used these in a project and they work great. M3 is a bit too small for even lightweight objects so if you're adding on to your XL, I suggest going up a size to the M4.
