Tool collision on hitting "Reprint"
In 5.1.2 on a XL 5T I had just completely recalibrated after a hard reset to fix a Z axis issue. Things were fine, and with nylon filament in #3 and #4 a part printed nicely (using only #3). I hit Reprint at the end to make another, and was quite surprised what happened next. Tool #3 scratched the sheet along the entire length of Y and loudly collided with docked Tool #1, wedging the #3 nozzle under the sheet right in front of #1! I contacted Support but the experience was not as good as the previous day when I was helped for hours to solve an unrelated Z axis issue. I am not convinced that the checks in firmware around which tool(s) is docked or in use are robust enough. There is no reason for #3 to ever try to dock in #1 of course, and there are several ways I can think of to guard against this.
The sheet remains scratched and makes lines on parts that print on top of it. I can't find any other damage but will never hit Reprint again.
