"Storage capacity exceeded" when trying to use Prusa Connect
If I try to upload directory from PrusaSlicer or upload a .bgcode file to Prusa Connect I get the error "Storage capacity exceeded". I've tried cycling the power on the printer, different USB drives, formatting the USB drives but nothing changes this. I can see the printer fine on both the PrusaLink and Prusa Connect pages on the browser and both show the expected data. Uploading to PrusaLink works but I prefer the Prusa Connect from PrusaSlicer way as the print starts a bit quicker I feel.
Any thoughts about what I need to do to get this working again?
Thanks

Well... did you actually *exceed" the storage capacity on PrusaConnect? It's limited. You can open the PrusaConnect webpage and check it.

I deleted all the files that I could see there, nothing in Connect, nothing on the USB, just fails every time now
RE:
I had this issue too. I went to the " Connect Files" tab at the top of the Prusa Connect page. You should see a list of files and the storage capacity at the top right. You can select some files on the left hand side, or all, if you wish and deleted them from the server. That should allow you to upload your files.

I suspected you'd done that. Out of ideas now. Probably time to contact Prusa Support.

Ah, well, tinkering today I went to the top of the screen and found "Connect Files" and they are different from "Printer Files" it seems. Deleting all the "Connect Files" seems to have resolved the issue so it appears that you were correct and I just wasn't astute enough to grasp the answer 😉
I also figured out how to get the PrusaSlicer to emit just gcode rather than bgcode so that uploading to PrusaLink is easier too!

Happy that it worked out for you. Many of us had the same issue. Nothing to do with level of astuteness. 😀
Cheers.

Same message here, but deleting every files on the usb key, "connect files" or anything else did not change anything. I can't even send files directly from 2.7.2 directly to prusa connect 🙁
RE: "Storage capacity exceeded" when trying to use Prusa Connect
Solved : I had to format the usb key, fast fat32 was fine.
RE: "Storage capacity exceeded" when trying to use Prusa Connect
Hello there,
I hate to be that guy, but I am just starting with my MK4. I have no file in the "Connect Files", no files on the USB stick, everything is empty on the Prusa Connect website. Cloud storage is 1GB available. And I get that very same message. This is driving me bananas...

They really need to make this more obvious, or, I dunno, how about if I click the storage indicator under my name it goes to it.
This should NOT be so difficult to find given that it literally stops you in your tracks.
I should have to go googling to figure out how to fix something like this. It is not even remotely obvious what's happening.

That took me awhile. This data is shown under the "Connect Files" tab on the https://connect.prusa3d.com webpage . From there you can select all the files ( square box at the top left of the listing ) and a trashcan icon will appear which allows you to delete all of the stored files. That is nice if you know about it ( I'm sure it is documented somewhere ).
My suggestion is that some folks ( like me ) clicked on my icon in the upper right corner and the "Storage quota" is clearly shown right there. And when you mouse over that quota section is appears "clickable" but clicking on it does nothing. When you click on the "Storage quota" it should take you to the "Connect Files" page ( and hovering over the clickable quota section should show that action ).
