Puppy Error 17513 help please
I can't seem to get past a Puppy Discovery Error. No puppy found. prusa.io/17513.
What I've done so far:
I replaced all 3 boards with brand new boards from Prusa: XL Buddy, Sandwich & XL Splitter. I know - probably overkill but figured it would fix it.
I tested with a single tool in Sandwich Board Dwarf #1. Testing each of the 5 tools as a single tool. power off / remove power in between each test.
I've reflashed the FW to the newest version and then back to the previous version.
Currently in a chat with Prusa Support but not getting anywhere fast.

I had a puppy error once. The puppies could not be found. Prusa support were very helpful. I tried a few things without success then they said to try a long shot. They had me print the new style cable clamp that goes on top of the tool. That fixed it. Note that wriggling the original clamp did not eliminate the error.
In case you are wondering how I managed to print anything when the puppies could not be found, when I removed the old cable clamps the printer worked long enough to get the prints done.
