Prusa XL hotend clogged due to wrong temparture measuring?

Sooo, my Dualtool nextruder keeps getting clogged.

after unclogging it, it can do short prints, but with longer prints (~4hrs) it will stop extruding at some point, the nextruder gear tears  chips out of the filament until it can no longer grab it.

i used my 2nd tool, and the standard-nozzle adapter, same issue.

-wont extrude again after getting unclogged

-temperature measured with a laser thermometer inside the hotends nozzle'thread reads around 40°C even though the built in sensor says 255° (also applies to the 2nd extruder)

i use ABS-T Filament from PM Filament (Prusa sold these in their shop back in the day, i used them with no issues for 5yrs in my 2.5S so i thrust their quality)

everything is Stock

I cant really make something out of this, except the temp sensor doesnt work properly after some time into the print

i didnt have problems with an old more stiffer ABS from 3d Jake or smt.

so just in case im wrong about the temperature sensor i will exchange the idler

for the updated parts some kind people made for TPU extruding, and hope that helps

(maybe the prusa parts get weaker from higher temp and cant put up the force needed for idling, so making them out of abs could help too)

Does someone have a similar issue, or even a fix?

The idler was too weak and probably out of PLA which softened during longer prints, i got a reinforced one from here and printed it out of ABS:
